Conditions Treated at PGA Chiropractic Health Center
While we get great results relieving patients’ pain here at PGA Chiropractic Health Center, we do much more—we restore movement, rebuild strength, and guide you back to the activities you love. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic issues, or simply want to move and perform better, our integrated approach can help you get there.
Our goal is to get you an outcome where you’re not getting hurt through past therapies, and we’re actually trying to fix your pain. We understand that most people want to return to work and resume their lives, which is why we focus on results-driven care rather than just managing symptoms.
Conditions We Treat
We specialize in diagnosing and treating the root causes of common and complex physical complaints. These include the following:
- Back and neck pain
- Herniated or bulging discs
- Sciatica and nerve pain
- Headaches and migraines
- Shoulder and elbow pain
- Hip and knee dysfunctions
- Golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow
- Postural imbalances
- Sports injuries and athletic overuse
- Pre and post-surgical support
- Tension from chronic stress
We also help active individuals who aren’t currently in pain but want to correct functional weaknesses, improve performance, or prevent injury. Our caseload of patients who need to undergo surgery is slim to none, not because it doesn’t happen, but because of the care we provide.
Your Path to Recovery and Performance
Every patient begins with a detailed evaluation and hands-on treatment from Dr. James Cima or Dr. Tom Hackett. Once pain and inflammation are under control, we progress your care through active rehabilitation with Dr. Brandon Parker, our movement and performance specialist.
This transition includes full-body movement assessment, corrective exercise prescription, gym-based rehab and strength training, and functional re-education to build long-term resilience. We determine when you’re ready for this transition based on objective findings—when spasms are reduced and range of motion improves.
Specialized Golf Rehab & Performance Care
Dr. Tom Hackett leads our golf performance care. We help golfers eliminate swing-related pain, improve rotational mobility and core strength, identify and correct mechanical limitations, and stay on the course rather than in the treatment room.
