… “Searching for a massage therapist on my insurance list, I stumbled upon Dr. Thaw's site. How I wish I had started working with him years ago! For the first time I am walking almost normally. I can walk across a parking lot. I can even walk up and down the stairs in my house without too much stress. Best of all, I am not being awakened by pain in the middle of the night. This is solely through the treatments I've received in Dr. Thaw's. I have been seeing Dr. Thaw two or three times a week for a few weeks…. Dr. Thaw and his staff are amazing!!! You will never feel like a patient...you will feel like a friend. In September of 2011, I was in serious back pain to the point where I could not think of sitting down. I couldn't even pick up and hold my son. I went to the E.R. and was not treated. I was still in pain after all the narcotics. Then a friend of mine recommended Dr. Thaw. I called Dr. Thaw's office and they were able to see me that day. Dr. Thaw was genuinely concerned about my back pain. Here is the bottom line: I went from being in severe back pain where it would shoot down the front of my leg and I couldn't even bend to tie my shoe...to walks on the beach in the morning. Now I'm able to pick up my infant son and hold him. (this was the most important factor for getting treated for back pain) I have to thank Dr. Thaw and his staff for treating me. I feel like a new person. If you live in the West Palm Beach area and have back pain, I recommend Dr. Thaw. You are treated like a human and not just a patient. Kudos!!!!

MIRACLE WORKERS! i have been to many drs who have never helped. then i found PGA CHRIOPRACTOR HEALTH CENTER. I had a bad sporting accident messed up my neck shoulders and was having excursiating pain running down to numb my hands. including the worst mirgrains. every other Dr i went to just gave me pills , Dr Andrew Thaw actually is the first dr to evaluate my problem and help relieve me of my problems. great staff, no wait in the office. great experience. i am pain free and will always go to PGA CHIROPRATIC HEALTH CENTER

Dr. Thaw is #1! If you have pain of ANY kind, then Dr. Thaw and his staff are the chiropractic care you need. A few years ago, when I first saw Dr. Thaw it was on the recommendation of a friend. I was having lower back pain and felt horrible. Dr. Thaw was professional from the start. He listened to my issues and discussed with me his ideas on how to get me feeling better (treatment 1st, surgery very last resort). He immediately sent me for x-rays so that he could "see" what we were working with before we began treatment. Turns out I had a few herniated discs in my back. He explained exactly what a herniated disc was, possible causes and how we could treat them. I have to say it was refreshing to have a doctor care of enough to slow down and take the time to explain what was happening in a way I could understand. Over the course of treatment Dr. Thaw made sure to advise me of what was going on and made adjustments to my treatment plan as needed. In the end, I got back to feeling like myself again ... In the past year I also ran into a hip problem which Dr. Thaw handled (he even gave me stretches to follow, so I reduce the risk of injury in the future). When I was invloved in an auto accident, my first call was to Dr. Thaw! Each time I step into the office his staff (Renee, Jason, Tina, Stacy, Carol & Ellen) is awesome and they get the job done right! I get the same care and thoroughness as the first time. I feel he really does care about each and every one of his patients. He treats us as individuals and not numbers. He is educated in his field, he goes above and beyond to be helpful, he's thoughtful and overall a great guy! I have referred several friends to him and we have made them believers in chiropractic care! If you are living with pain and need a doctor who truly cares, go see Dr. Thaw and his staff at PGA Chiropractic!

I found my visit to Dr.Thaws' office to be a wonderful experience.Not only was he very compassionate but he also took the time to explain what was causing my pain. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He really cared about what I was going through. I am feeling so much better. I have referred him to all my friends and family whenever they have needed to see a chiropractor, and they all have thanked me over and over again, for sending them to such a wonderful doctor.

I have been blessed by the staff and service given to me at PGA Chiropractic Health Center. I have been a patient of Dr. Thaw's since 2000, and I have always been given the best treatment. I have been treated for injuries due to falls and car accidents, as well as therapy for back pain during my two pregnancies. TOP OF MY LIST! Dr. Thaw and his staff have delivered on their promise of providing excellent care and healing for my herniated disc. I've had problems for 18 years with this and every 4-5 years it kept coming back. I've used many doctors over the years, but I'm delighted to say that PGA Chiropractic is Top of my list. From the moment I arrived and had my first consultation, Dr. Thaw clearly explained what my options were. He immediately recommended I get x-rays and an MRI. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently his team were able to get the insurance pushed through and with a week I have the results, a complete diagnosis and a treatment plan laid out and already in action. We frequently review and made adjustments to the plan when needed, after a full evaluation every few weeks. He even vetted alternatives I wanted to try and then helped me to incorporate exercise, stretching, massage, chiropractic, diet and even emotional health in my routine. WOW! now that what I call health care...not some impersonal factory that seems more interested in getting me through their process instead of taking CARE OF ME for a change. What a refreshing difference. Dr. Thaw and his staff are a model for medical reform in the highest regards. I can't say enough,because when you've been in as much pain as me - can't work, can't play golf, can't sleep - I got my life back!! As the commercial says - Priceless! - and the best part is his office coordinated all the insurance stuff and I only pay $20 copay. Sweet....Do yourself a favor if you experience any sort of pain and check this guy out.

On a rating scale from 1 to 5, I give Dr. Andrew Thaw and his office staff a  10! They are always friendly, upbeat, and extremely efficient. You are always seen in a timely manner, and yet never rushed. Dr. Thaw gives each and every patient the individual time and consideration that they require. Dr. Thaw is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is always striving to find new and improved ways that will benefit his patients. I have been a patient for the past 10 years with incredible results. I am not only a patient but a fan.I recommend this practice to everyone.

I met Dr. Thaw 11 years ago, after a terrible car accident. Due to the severity of my back injury, I was forced into early retirement from the VA Medical Center. Because of the type of injury I sustained, I have experienced other medical complications through these 11 years. Dr. Thaw was always available to help me navigate through the medical community, referring me to the best doctors in this area. During my career as an Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthetic Assistant, I had the experience of working side by side with some incredibly talented physicians, surgeons and dentists. Dr. Thaw supersedes them all with professionalism, quality of care, and most of all compassion and kindness. I have never met a Dr. that actually calls personally just to check up on me. If I had not had met Dr. Thaw 11 years ago, my spine would have collapsed and I would be in a wheelchair with little use of my legs. As a registered nurse, I am aware of the benefits of chiropractic care. Based on my professional experience, I knew chiropractic care has helped many people, however, I was uncertain if it could help me. I met Dr. Thaw in December, 2008 due to severe neck & back pain.  I had immediate relief after the first adjustment, but he also ordered further testing.  MRI showed five bulging disc in my neck. Dr Thaw is a kind, caring Physician who is also a great Diagnostician.  He knows when to order further testing.  I continued with therapy and massage in his office.  The office staff is wonderful.  They all were very kind and professional.  Dr. Thaw is one of the finest Physician's I have ever met, and I am grateful I found him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thaw for over 4 years and I can honestly say that my results have been nothing short of miraculous. When I first met Dr. Thaw I could barely stand, let alone walk, without severe pain. Before we even began treatment Dr. Thaw insisted on taking X-rays to see what was causing my pain. I was extremely impressed by this simple act because I knew I was not seeing just another chiropractor who thought he could "cure" me with an adjustment.

After my X-rays came back Dr. Thaw took the time to show me the degeneration in my lower back and hip. Now that he could see the problem he began a regimented and truly customized program for my situation. Because of Dr. Thaw and his team I am now living a very active and pain free life.

He truly cares about his patients and is passionate about his profession. If you have pain and have been to other chiropractors before, or if you have never tried chiropractic care because you didn't believe it could help you, I would sincerely urge you to call Dr. Thaw. I first contacted Dr. Thaw in Sept. 08 because I was experiencing severe back spasms and pain after undergoing back surgery in June 08. He took a very thorough history of my condition and immediately requested my records including lab results from a bone scan that I had the previous day.  He called the next day to see if my doctor had called with the results of that test because he was very concerned with the report he had received.  He recommended that I contact my doctor right away and when I was seen the next day, I learned that I had contracted a life- threatening MRSA infection that required immediate hospitalization. Without Dr. Thaw's concern and attention, I may not have received the treatment I needed in time to be effective.  He continued to show concern during the course of my treatment for MRSA even though he had not yet begun to treat me.  He explained that medical protocol prevented him from treating me until the infection was completely cleared from my body.  We finally began treatment in Dec. 08 and I slowly regained my ability to complete normal everyday activities.

My financial situation was very strained due to my inability to work since June and Dr. Thaw assured me that he would not let finances interfere with my treatment.  I am still undergoing therapy and Dr. Thaw's continued compassion and concern for both my medical and personal well-being continue to amaze me.  He has supported me in my efforts to seek employment going so far as to provide a personal reference to one potential employer. 

I would highly recommend PGA Chiropractic to anyone requiring treatment for their medical needs.

I recently began treatment with Dr. Thaw because my neck and shoulders had been in constant pain for over three months and a MRI revealed that I had 2 -3 discs that were protruding and causing nerve pain.  Within two treatments with chiropractic care I saw immediate improvement and NO more cervical pain. I am currently working under the care of Dr. Thaw and am seeing continual improvement.

My chiropractor, Andrew Thaw, at PGA chiropractic, took me on as a client in 2003.It is difficult to describe the level of pain I was in at the time. No level of pain killer was effective and I was going weeks without sleeping. Be sure to click on the MRI Results to the right to verify the condition I was in. If you don't believe in chiropractic, print it and show it to your Orthopedist.Dr. Thaw used a cervical Cox Distraction table. He is one of the few chiropractors in South Florida that has one in his office. Now the herniation which was causing cord compression is completely healed.Completely.And without surgery. He did this almost entirely pro bono because I was indigent and because he genuinely cares about people.
